- * Job description:
- Developing the school system from Kindergarten to High School to become a prestigious educational brand under the Group's green and sustainable development orientation, contributing to improving the quality of education and utilities for residents and community.
- Formulating a strategic development strategy for the whole Group of education. Organize the implementation of education strategy.
- Building strong teams of management and subordinates to implement strategies and action plans, ensuring that the education sector meets the targets assigned by the Corporation
- Understanding on Vietnamese and global education system
- Responsible for the brand image of the education sector. Developing measures to enhance the identity and strength of the Corporation's educational brand.
- Establish and ensure the maintenance of a system of standards and quality processes for education services.
- Improving the curriculum by the method of modern standards.
- * Requirement:
- Qualifications: Graduated University / Postgraduate majors in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Management, Education - Training
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position; have experience working in international education systems. (Priority is given to candidates who have worked for large and reputable educational corporations.)
- Knowledge of education & Understanding on Vietnamese and global education system
- Mastering the knowledge and laws related to educational management.
- Be proactive, assertive and creative at work.
- Able to work independently, work in teams, work under high pressure
- Fluent English communication
